The only gripe I have is with, what I was told, was the addition of Zurich protection on the exterior paint surface and upholstery. The sales manager indicated that this add on is performed on all the new Hondas that they sell and it was not optional. Fortunately, the model with the color and trim package I wanted was not in their inventory and was brought in from a different dealership. Gratefully, they allowed me to get the car without the protection package. This kind of gimmick up selling left me, as the customer, feeling that I was about to be boxed into buying something that I had no interest in. Otherwise, I was glad to buy the car at Motor Werks Honda and continue our 8 year relationship. More
