Motor Werks is Great! It is worth stopping by. I was driving by Motor Werks because I was in the market for a used car. I decided to stop by to see what Motor Werks had to offer. The entire building from the showroom to the shop area was very clean. I had an appointment to look at a vehicle with Anna Marie Horn and when I arrived, the vehicle was sitting right up front, clean and ready for me to take on a test drive. After I arrived at Motor Werks, I was test driving the car within five minutes. Motor Werks truly acknowledges the importance of its customers' time and this was very clear from the minute I walked in the door. There are also no games and hidden fees to deal with like you will find with many other dealerships. After I test drove the vehicle, we sat down, and I was given a very fair number right away. Within minutes I was also talking to the sales manager (Slavey Kukov) who was willing to work with me on price. As I was contemplating my decision, the sales manager gave me a tour of the building and I was very impressed. Ana Marie Horn also later called me to see if I was still interested in the vehicle because she remembered that I had to leave town in a few days. She was willing to come into work early to get the car ready for me if I decided to make my purchase at Motor Werks. Communication was also very good among both Anna Marie Horn and Slavey Kukov. Any questions that I had were answered immediately and they both wanted to make sure that the vehicle was right for me. I did not end up buying a vehicle here because I found a different one that I liked better somewhere else. However, I was so impressed with Motor Werks that I took the time to write this review. I recommend Motor Werks to anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle. It is a mistake if you do not at least stop by and see what they have to offer. More

Anthony Juliano was exceptional in getting the exact vehicle I requested. There was only one 2020 Honda HR V with the specs I wanted located in the tri-state area. In fact, after Anthony and his Manager, Aaron Bulinski worked quickly to find it, Anthony immediately went to get it the same day. And because Anthony needed a 2nd driver to do so, Slavey Kukov, who was not involved in my lease or the transaction in general, volunteered to accompany Anthony. And they brought the car back the same day I first met with Anthony. I can't say enough about how well I was treated from start to finish at Motor Werks! They are spot on with their Customer Service and treating people right! I was very pleased how they worked to get the transaction within my budget. And, how often can you say you had fun leasing or purchasing a new car? I honestly did! More

Within minutes of my request, Anna Marie responded to me by phone, and appointment was made to see/test drive the van, Upon arriving at Motor Werks, the van I was interested in was waiting outside the door for inspection & test drive. Needless to say I was sold after the test drive, and the 'A' Team of Anna Marie & Aaron made the price negotiations work to both our benefits! (Aaron said I had him in a 'Full Nelson'! Not true!) The friendliness of the people who work for Honda Motor Werks of Barrington made the trip worthwhile and cost beneficial for me to travel from La Grange.
