Michelle "Shelly" Mizell braught Delight to my car buying ex I was flying into Chicago to surprie my 85 YO father with a truck replacement for his 1996 Chevy Tahoe. After searching online I came across a 2019 I was flying into Chicago to surprie my 85 YO father with a truck replacement for his 1996 Chevy Tahoe. After searching online I came across a 2019 Chevy Tahoe that was being sold my Motor Werks. When I reached out to them I was assigned to Michelle "Shelly" Mizell and things could not have gone more smoothly. Taking into account all of the back and forth that goes into buying a car, Shelly handled me like a true professional while answering all of my call's and emails from out of state. Shelly arranged for me to be picked up at the airport,driven back to the dealership where she met me with the car detailed, filled with gas and ready to go. After a quick test drive she worked with her finance group, whisked me through the process and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. Without Shelly having everything ready as promised I am sure it would have taken a lot longer. Great service all the way around Jim Rubey, sales guy, was great. Easy to work with, professional, and explained the car to me with all the new technology, etc, Aaron Builinski, s Jim Rubey, sales guy, was great. Easy to work with, professional, and explained the car to me with all the new technology, etc, Aaron Builinski, sales manager, was great as well giving me a fair price on my trade-in, and helping make the pricing happen with the car and extended warranty that I purchased. The service dept, Manny Sosa, was awesome and worked with me to put on accessories such as door guards, mud guards, etc at a fair price. James Fausher in the parts dept. was easy to buy parts from and matched and exceeded savings on part costs vs. other dealers and did a great job of explaining some of the parts that I was considering. I bought an SUV and some covers, etc do not work with the 3rd row up and Jim saved me from buying these parts through his knowledge of the parts. He is a good and honest person. More
