I highly recommend the car shopping experience we had with Anna Marie Horn at Motor Werks Honda in Barrington! Not once did I feel like she was trying to sell us things we didn’t need or that she wanted to rush us through the process so she could work on another sale. Anna Marie made us feel like our car purchase was top priority to her and she was very eager to answer our questions and fulfill any of our requests as quickly as possible. I was having trouble deciding on a color so Anna Marie brought a car from the remote lot into the showroom floor right next to another one so I could compare the two in the same lighting. She never seemed put out to do extra things for us and she always got back to us in a very timely manner with answers to our questions! After working with Anna Marie and taking a test drive in the vehicle where she showed us many of the features of the Honda Pilot Elite, we chose to purchase our new vehicle with Motor Werks! I would also like to mention that we had a good experience with other members of the Honda team. Aaron Bulinski, the Assistant General Manager, stopped by several times to make sure we were happy working with Anna Marie and assisted in answering any questions we had and helping us acquire some extra accessories we wanted to purchase at a very reasonable price! My husband was thrilled with the outcome!! We also worked with Ian Higgins, the Business Manager. He was very friendly and professional. Different from other dealers We bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from Motor Werks, in mid-November from Anna-Marie Horn. We did not have a very good experience car shopping before we went We bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from Motor Werks, in mid-November from Anna-Marie Horn. We did not have a very good experience car shopping before we went to Motor Werks. Anna-Marie and everyone at Motor Werks completely changed our experience. They were transparent, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We called ahead, and they had our car waiting for us inside so we could stay out of the rain. The car was extremely clean, and everything was very presentable. Anna Marie took us for a test drive and let both of of us drive the car for a good amount of time. She was never pushy and let us take our time. She explained why the price was what it was, and was always respectful of our concerns. They even filled up the tank with gas before we took it home that night. After we bought the car, we found out it only came with one key. Anna Marie not only followed up with us the next day to ask how our ride home went, but she weeks later texted us letting us know they received the other key. She stayed in constant communication with us even weeks after the sale helping us feel even more happy with the decision of buying our car there. Seriously such a great experience with Motor Werks and especially Anna Marie. More
