We did not have a very good experience car shopping before we went to Motor Werks. Anna-Marie and everyone at Motor Werks completely changed our experience. They were transparent, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We called ahead, and they had our car waiting for us inside so we could stay out of the rain. The car was extremely clean, and everything was very presentable. Anna Marie took us for a test drive and let both of of us drive the car for a good amount of time. She was never pushy and let us take our time. She explained why the price was what it was, and was always respectful of our concerns. They even filled up the tank with gas before we took it home that night. After we bought the car, we found out it only came with one key. Anna Marie not only followed up with us the next day to ask how our ride home went, but she weeks later texted us letting us know they received the other key. She stayed in constant communication with us even weeks after the sale helping us feel even more happy with the decision of buying our car there. Seriously such a great experience with Motor Werks and especially Anna Marie. More
