I never felt the high-pressure and annoying “let me talk to my manager” sales tactics I’ve been bothered by at other places. The price they offered was fair without the need to haggle. (I did comparison research at other dealerships). Once the paperwork was signed I appreciated how they assisted programming all the car settings that I may have otherwise not sat down to read the manual and utilize. I’ll be back in 3 years when my lease is up. More

She heard us on the cars we were already interested in, and we got to test out everything we wanted and more. She did not try to up-sell us on anything unnecessary. We felt comfortable and at-east with her from the moment we walked into the dealership. Finally, the actual buying process was seamless and swift. In the end, we left feeling grateful not just for our buying experience, but excited for the treatment and value we know we'll receive when we start bringing our vehicles to Motor Werks for servicing in the future.
