Anna Marie Horn did not play any games. She prepared a purchase description which clearly stated the car we wanted to buy, the MSRP, rebates, final selling price and taxes and fees. The fees were even itemized so that we knew what they were. She made sure that they were not eligible for any additional rebates. She answered all questions promptly. When they did arrive at the dealership to pick up the car, she took a lot of time to show them all the features of the car. She made the whole buying experience pleasant and professional.
