Anna Marie Horn did not play any games. She prepared a purchase description which clearly stated the car we wanted to buy, the MSRP, rebates, final selling price and taxes and fees. The fees were even itemized so that we knew what they were. She made sure that they were not eligible for any additional rebates. She answered all questions promptly. When they did arrive at the dealership to pick up the car, she took a lot of time to show them all the features of the car. She made the whole buying experience pleasant and professional. Excellent service without appointment Our Honda indicated "tire pressures low". We were away from home and our usual Honda dealer. We drove to Motor Works of Barrington because we were close to that facility. They took us into service immediately and within a short period of time they determined the problem, nail in one tire and slow leak in another, they took time to make the repairs, washed our car and we were on our way home, feeling safe in driving on highway 90. We could have been stranded on the road, had an accident, any number of things could have happened without their service just when we needed it. We are most grateful. More
