Below is the review about you, your Team, and our experience: Kevin is the best car salesman we have ever encountered. He is very knowledgable, professional, friendly, warm, and a good listener. He really takes into account what the customer is looking for and wants in regards to his new car. One day I literally just went to Motor Werks to get my Civic serviced (which he also sold to my wife and I) and after saying "hi" to Kevin and chatting for a while, I left with a brand new Civic Hatchback. The car buying transactions that so many people despise are uber easy and actually a pleasure when dealing with Kevin. Not only is Kevin an asset to Motor Werks, but his entire team is absolutely amazing! Kevin's Manager, Steve Meloney, is a great guy who also makes the car purchasing transactions easy and quick; Steve made our trade-in flawless and fair. David Hentka (Finance Manager) knows his stuff! After many cars and many years of being a car owner, I actually bought additional bumper to bumper coverage for the first time. David was able to flawlessly explain all of the specifics so that we understood what we were buying and why we wanted it. Ms. Violet Szumigraj (Insurance Specialist) was able to explain all of the details and differences among the types of insurance in less than 15 minutes. She is absolutely wonderful! Thanks! Zero stars if I could So I bought my dream car here in the beginning of July. A used mini cooper countryman. Brad was my sales person and everything seemed fine. Shortly after I got the car the oil pressure light went on as well as engine emissions and low tire pressure. The car seemed in perfect condition though. I attempted to make an appointment to get it serviced here. The morning of my appointment I received a text stating they dont service minis at the bmw area nor honda area which I purchased it from. How could they even inspect a car to sell then. Less than a week after my would be appointment my car dies on the highway. I had it towed to a service shop where they declared the engine blown and said it appeared who ever sold it to me knew that fact and did whatever to conceal it by time of purchase. I'm out 10k now and without a car. The general's attorney will be hearing about this safety hazard and lack of ethics. More

Excellent Sales and service In August we were looking to buy a new vehicle and out of all the honda dealers, Motor werks were the best. Atif explained things that we were debating and everything he wrote it out. Since we had a two-year-old son we wanted things to be clear before we reach dealer and Atif gave all the prices ahead of time and the finance person (I forgot his name) was so friendly and never forced anything we don't want. We had a small service issue and Atif went on and explained well along with Joseph who was our service advisor. From the email contact till we finish everyone was so friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone. I have gone to several dealers and Motor werks is the best, reliable and straight forward dealers. More

A couple of months ago I visited another car dealership and walked out as they were showing me cars I had no reason to look at or I felt it was a waste of my time. Anna Marie really listened and I drove a couple of cars and purchased one of those. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Once purchased everyone was extremely helpful in the steps to finance the car, detail the car I purchased and answering questions for me. I also phoned Anna Marie as there was a chip in the front windshield. Great experience. Very professional and accomodating. I found a car that Motor Werks had posted on Cars.com. When I found it, I Fell in love. The pictures were great and the description was too the tee. I found a car that Motor Werks had posted on Cars.com. When I found it, I Fell in love. The pictures were great and the description was too the tee. I reached out to Sales and was paired up with Anthony Juliano. From the start, Anthony offered to send more pictures. Also because I was buying from out of state, I requested additional pictures of the underside of the vehicle. The very next morning, my inbox was full of pictures that he'd taken after having the service department put the vehicle on the lift. Over the next couple of days, we were able to stay in constant communication. I wired them the money, filled out and notorized paperword, we went back and forth a couple of times to make sure we had all of the documents takne care of. Even when I had trouble getting a transport, Motor Werks held my car without question. The vehicle arrived late last night and it was all that I had hoped for. A clean, well maintained, low mileage Honda Pilot, just like Anthony promised. I'd also like to give a shout to Anthony's Sales Manager, Scott Meloney and their Finance guy, Patrick Douglas. Together we had to jump through some crazy Power of Attorney issues between Illinois and Virginia, last minute w/ the DMV, but again, they were very accomodating.
