My salesman was Brandon Bulinski, and he gave me a quote online before coming in. The price he quoted me is the price they gave me with no hidden fees. Brandon showed me all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions that I had. He was patient, personable, and professional throughout the whole process. After purchasing the vehicle, they set me up with an insurance expert who gave me information on how to save money on my car insurance. He also informed me of what coverage would be best. I have never experienced this at any other dealer. Lastly, we met with the financial adviser, Kenny Wadman. He explained everything in detail and broke the finances down very simply. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I have had. More

Bought vehicle from out-of-town It was time for me to retire my fun Miata, and as that would leave me without a manual transmission vehicle I figured it was time to search for a new It was time for me to retire my fun Miata, and as that would leave me without a manual transmission vehicle I figured it was time to search for a new one. There was only one recent Honda Civic within my entire state that had a manual transmission: a 2017 with 45,000 miles on it. I loved it, but a search of other vehicles in the upper Midwest showed me that there was one for the same price at Motor Werks Barrington with 30,000 fewer miles. The local dealership wouldn't lower the price, so I decided to purchase the vehicle from out of town. I worked a ton with Anna Marie Horn, who was absolutely heroic in this process. I can't say that it was easy: there were multiple trips to the bank, money wiring, notarization, interstate shipping, and so on. And a few mistakes along the way: an error on the car checkup, the registration going awry, and some last second bank dashes. But Anna Marie (and her team) made them right in the end, which was darned impressive given how much extra work this was for them. After all that, I ended up with the car I loved for what basically amounted to a $300 shipping charge. I'll happily pay $300 for 30,000 unused miles any day. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate the work they put into this. More
