I saw that they had a great rating online and hoped for the best, despite having bad experiences at other dealerships before. When I arrived, Bill Goggin gave me a friendly greeting and showed me to his desk. This was my first time buying a brand new car so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. He started by asking me about what kinds of features were must-haves for me and any other considerations he should take into account. Bill took note of everything I said and immediately got an Accord and Civic out for me to test drive. He never tried to sway me into looking at more expensive models than what I needed, which I really appreciated. Bill gave me detailed overviews of each car, showing me his favorite features and giving me practical examples from his experience of owning Hondas. During the test drives I learned that Bill is a gamer in his off time and we had a great chat about our which were our favorites. After getting back to the dealership, I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car. Instead it just felt like I was discussing my thoughts with a friend, and when I ended up deciding to buy the Accord, I felt really good about it. Bill made sure I was well-taken-care-of while paperwork was drawn up, hooking me up with some free starbucks and helping me pick out accessories. Once all the paperwork was done, Bill handed me the keys, congratulated me, and sent me on my way. He called a couple of days later to follow up and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely am. I am loving the Accord I bought and am constantly getting compliments on it. My favorite feature so far is the adaptive cruise control, which lets me glide through slowdowns on the highway without wearing out my leg muscles. The whole process was ridiculously easy. I would recommend that anybody looking to buy a car should talk to Bill Goggin at Motor Werks Honda. Unlike most salespeople I've dealt with, Bill is genuine and so easy to talk to. It was a good experience as I felt that Bill understood my budget and he offered excellent service. Unlike several other dealerships I worked with, the pricing we worked out was clear and transparent. In other words - I didn't feel like he was trying to confuse me in any way. This was my first car purchase and Bill was extremely patient in explaining the charges, incentives, and interest rates. Overall a very good experience and I’m very happy with my new car! More

These people were absolutely amazing! The best part is I got a really great deal on my vehicle. Overall I’d say it is well worth the drive out to Barrington- I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Before I made an appointment to look at Hondas at Motor Werks, Bill contacted me and gave me some options on car styles and pricing. When I went to see him, he had the car ready for me to test drive. He spent extra time going over all of the features of the CRV even before I drove it. I went back a second time to drive the car. Again, Bill made me feel that my questions were important, and he spent as much time as I needed in order to make a decision. He has continued to follow-up after our sale was completed. This was my first experience dealing with Motor Werks, but not my first experience buying /leasing a car. I would definitely recommend Bill Goggin and this dealership for anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda. More

If we had any questions he was ready to answer us or find an answer. We came back after doing our 'shopping' and found Rashad again. Due to his excellent personality and manners we knew we didn't want to do business with anyone else. We decided to buy a H-RV with Rashad. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and very considerate throughout.
