Outside of that , he was very knowledgeable about the Honda products and was very helpful in my making a final decision on which model and color I would ultimately purchase. After my decision was made and a price was agreed on, it took several hours for the paperwork to be processed. That seemed to be to long. Kenny was very good at explaining all of the financing and Steve took extra care to see that I was satisfied with my purchase. More
