On Friday, 03/08/2019, Kevin replied to my e-mail inquiry, and then communicated with me by phone, text, and e-mail during the afternoon, providing me with the best price from among different dealerships, the very first time, for the 2019 Honda Civic lease that I wanted, ($0 down, first month payment only). The next day, I signed a three-year lease that was $52 less per month than another local dealership's price—a lease that will save me $1,872 over the three years! Barely 24 hours after my first contact with Kevin and less than 90 minutes after I arrived at Motor Werks and met him in person for the first time, I drove away in my new Civic. Like everyone else that I met and worked with at Motor Werks including Linda Naus, Finance Manager, and the General Manager, Kevin was unfailingly professional and efficient, treating me with respect and patience. Brad was very patient and listened to all the concerns I had with car buying and my budget that I was looking to stay within. He also listened to what type of vehicle I was looking for. When a vehicle arrived on Motor Werks property that Brad thought I would be interested, he texted me and asked if I would be interested in coming in to see it. I had shopped at another dealer but made my final purchase at Motor Werks of Barrington due to the commitment and hard work of the my sale person Brad. Once the car purchased was made, it was a few hours later that I noticed the vehicle didn’t have a spare key, a $317 replacement cost. I notified Brad, he assured me that he would take care of it and he did. What we were looking for. After car shopping for the last few weeks, dealing with shady salespeople and cars that didn’t seem to be worth even trying to buy. We lucked out finding an SUV in our price range on cars.com Which sent us to Motor Works Barrington. We worked with a Rashad who was very friendly and very professional. Within minutes we had a carfax of the vehicle we just test drove and get we wanted to purchase. Once we decided on getting the vehicle he came back with general payment information including taxes and fees so we wouldn’t be surprised by anything when it came time to work with the financing team. Other dealerships we dealt with did neither of those things. After working with Rashad we feel very happy and will be recommending Motor Works to our friends and family. Motor Works will be our first choice when we need our next car. Can’t say enough about the clean showroom and friendly staff, everyone we worked with made us feel like friends not another sale. More
