Miss led, well lied to buy a salesman and sales manager I was told I was approved for a new car loan by Ziggy the sales manager (I don’t remember his last name) and Tom Bye car the salesman that my loan was I was told I was approved for a new car loan by Ziggy the sales manager (I don’t remember his last name) and Tom Bye car the salesman that my loan was approved. I was called by Tom Bye to bring in my down payment after he and Ziggy both knew I was not approved for the loan. The amount I was to bring in is $3000.00. I called a Honda Financial Service to see what my interest rate would be and the terms, I discovered I was never approved and would not be because I have no credit score and no credit history So what was the plan they had for me. I am continuing this on every social media outlet and the TV news and newspapers I can find. More

He was responsive to all of my questions about the car during the test drive and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. He made the financial aspect of the experience as transparent as possible and I never felt that he was being pushy. He went through all of the car settings with me before I was on my way. I am a teacher and was impressed with his ability to make his explanations visual and that he checked closely to see if I understood before moving on to something else. When I had a question after the purchase about a setting, he quickly sent me a video to help me set it the way I wanted. I had inadvertently changed it, but with the video, it was a quick, easy fix. He even called a couple of days later to check in to see if everything was going well. I would buy from Motor Werks again even though it isn't the closest dealer to where I live. More
