Everyone was courteous, professional, personable, and willing to make the sale. I was able to negotiate a great deal on a specific used vehicle I had been searching for that had very low availability. Took the car off the lot for 24 hours with no hassles to have my own trusted mechanic and transmission shops vet the car before I made an offer. I was then able to negotiate a great price for a car that I knew had low inventory. I drove an hour to get to this dealership, and would do so again when I'm eventually in the market for another vehicle. My budget was below $10K, but I got the same treatment as if I had spent $40K. I highly recommend Rashad and all the folks at Motor Werks in Barrington. More

Great unexpected car buying :>) My Accord lease was expiring and I had come in on Saturday expecting to only test drive a Civic and check on a payoff amount. 4+ Hours later I'm driv My Accord lease was expiring and I had come in on Saturday expecting to only test drive a Civic and check on a payoff amount. 4+ Hours later I'm driving away in a new Civic. Nice surprise. Aside from checking on app status, Kevin stayed and worked with me, not blowing me off to help other people. Again, what was intended to be at most 1 hour, turned to be a 4+ hour experience. Did spend a lot of time waiting for the app process though. But, overall, the result, Kevin, Aaron and Ken helped to get me a car. Even with my current situation being less than ideal. Maybe they can help with a better Insurance rate than my current provider? More
