Shwan gave us, hands down, the best and most thorough test drive, showing us as all of the safety features on the Pilot Elite. Shawn’s sense of humor keeps it light , but yet still very detailed. The sales experience from Shawn, and really the whole team at MotorWerks was outstanding. On our follow-up visit, after we had decided to purchase the Pilot, Shawn sat in the car with us for close to an hour showing us all of the instrumentation features, setting up the phone for car play, so you can the display of your phone on the car's monitor and then programming in our contacts. At no point did we receive pressure to purchase the vehicle or purchase the add-ons. The best car buying experience ever! More
