In this case Shawn Hassan took care of us and from the beginning, his main concern was that we were being taken care of either by Finance, Insurance, or Sales. We brought our children and he made sure they had snacks and drinks. He truly understands the sales process and made mine an easy and non stressful experience. Great Experience We did our research before we went there and thought it would be the typical dealership experience. We went there and connected with Dayna Brophy and We did our research before we went there and thought it would be the typical dealership experience. We went there and connected with Dayna Brophy and she was awesome. She was honest and to the point. The price of the car was already low and Dayna helped us negotiate it even more. She introduced us to Ziggy her sales manager and he answered questions and thanked us for our business. We talked about financing and Ziggy convinced us to finance with them. I told him the rate we were approved for and he said he could match or beat it. I had little faith and he assured me they would not run our credit through a bunch of banks and he kept his word. David the finance manager was able to match the rate and we left with our car. He gave us helpful tips with the car and we felt good about the warranty we had on the car. After we went home the next morning I noticed some small carvings in the wind shield. I called Dayna and she was on it, she went to bat and ensured it was going to get fixed. Devon in the service department was professional, helped get me a loaner car while mine was being fixed. This by far is the best dealership experience we have ever had. I will be going back to them when it’s time to get a new car. More
