Amita in particular was incredibly easy to work with -- I have two young kids so getting in to a dealership a couple of hours away was impossible, so Amita was able to work with me almost entirely over email and text. She found the exact vehicle I was looking for (and didn't try to convince me that I actually wanted a different color or vehicle -- I ran into at least one other dealer trying to convince me that I needed a van because I'm a woman with kids), and kept me up to date on when it would be in as well as when my tow package would be installed, even handing me off to one of her colleagues (Steve) if I had any additional questions while she was out in order to keep communication open. We drove through to sign the paperwork where she gave my husband a tour of the car while I signed everything, and the car was personally delivered by Amita a few days later! I highly recommend Amita to anyone who wants a no-nonsense, down-to-earth salesperson to help them purchase a vehicle. We also worked with David on financing, and he was very patient with my two kids who were having a hard time after being cooped up in the car for a couple of hours. Great overall experience! More

He just seemed like a nice person and someone I wanted to deal with. So instead of going with the lowest deal, I emailed Bill and we were able to make it work. He was genuinely enthusiastic about showing us the many features on the van and making sure our questions were answered. We trekked all the way from the city and the place was hopping on a Saturday morning, which, to me, is the sign of a great dealership. Excellent service, but took forever waiting on paperwork This was my first time buying a new vehicle and it went pretty smoothly. I felt like the people at Motor Werks Honda were there to help me and weren't This was my first time buying a new vehicle and it went pretty smoothly. I felt like the people at Motor Werks Honda were there to help me and weren't trying to take advantage of me. They tried to sell me on a few services which I didn't like, such as their vehicle insurance--despite already having my own insurance through a relative--but I suppose that's just how sales goes. Regardless, they managed to get the car I wanted very quickly and provided me with a loaner for the duration of the time it took to get in stock in the meantime which was a super big help and stress relief to me. Allan stayed in contact with me frequently which I had requested, and he was very prompt at returning my calls and texts. I was thrilled how fast they got my car for me (only about 2 days)--much faster than I had been quoted by other dealerships in the area. Once I went in to purchase the vehicle, I was at the dealership for around 3 hours which was a little off-putting. Upon arriving to pick up my new vehicle, the paperwork, key fob tags, and computer system all had different car trim levels and colors listed which scared me a couple times and seemed unprofessional, but it did end up being the correct car that I had asked for in the end so I guess I can't complain too much. My biggest complaint is that there was a ton of sitting and waiting around for the finance paperwork to be ready to fill out when I went; I would have appreciated if it was a little more streamlined. Allan did his best to fill the time with going over features of my car and offering to show me how to work various bells and whistles, but we still ended up sitting around just talking for quite a while waiting to actually fill out the paperwork. Maybe it being a Saturday had something to do with it, though we did have an appointment. I ended up being late to another engagement I had to get to because of the long wait time. Once the paperwork was finally ready, everything else went great! Very happy with my new 2018 Civic! More
