Quite honestly I was surprised and very pleased when greated by Anthony Juliano. His sincerity to assist me with my search was truely a relief. We took a CRV for a ride and Anthony explained many of the options on the vehicle after he carefully asked what equipment I was looking for . I was never asked " Are you going to buy today" like other dealers have asked. I was never asked "How much do you want to spend" like others. When I explained to Anthony that my wife needed to try to get in and test the vehicle at another time , there was no pressure , only concern for helping us with our decision. He didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable when browsing cars and asking questions. He was super informative and I felt like he genuinely cared about my needs and what I was looking for in a car instead of just selling me a car I might be unhappy with. Overall, I'm so happy I switched to Honda and couldn't be more at peace about working with this dealership. Working with me as my car buying consultant then a salesmen. He offered me chooses and a test drive on the car we were looking at. He showed me the options and benefits that came with the car. He knew everything about the car and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. After some negotiating and finance options that were offered to me. We both came to an agreement that was mutual and fare. My two children were there with me and my 11 year old daughter turned to me and said "Dad when I grow up can I buy my car from Anthony and MotorWerks"I said absolutely with out a doubt.
