When I told Shawn, I know exactly what I want and how much I want to pay, we went over few thing and he just said 'OK, let me talk to manager'. They came back the best offer they could make and I was either take it or leave. It was very simple. Nothing like "options are already installed" or "you just pay $5/mon extra, what's the problem?". The funny thing was the discount I got was few hundred dollars less than the other dealer, but final balance to pay was few thousand dollars less than the other dealer. Simple car buying experience.
