There's the stress of the money, stress of what to get, and stress of haggling with the salesman over price. Our Salesman, Brian Piotrowicz, took out a lot of that stress. From start to finish, he was extremely easy to deal with (as was everyone in the dealership), gave me the price I was looking for right off the bat (no haggling) and worked around our schedules. Not all of our accessories were available right away, so we even got a brand new loaner for a week until everything came in and was set. The entire Motorwerks staff that we dealt with (Brian, his manager, the service manager, and finance manager) were all extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. More

Over prices labor A new motor was placed in the rear, passenger window to the tune of over $200 of labor for less than two hours of work! Very disappointed with the cost of the repair, the labor. The new facility looks wonderful and the customer service is great. I would just like Motorwerks to know I am in the market for a car- I have purchased three of my past three cars from motorwerks and would like to purchase another from you- but your loa or costs are astronomical! Looking at Marquart for a GMC rather than another MW Cadillac. The service center reps were very accomadating, even helping me out with a loaner car- but the labor cost is more inline with a surgeon, not an auto mechanic!! More
