Great experience - above and beyond! I walked in and met Dustin Eugenio. I was looking to sell my Honda Civic and he facilitated the process without a hitch. The offer was more than CarMax had offered and I soon had a check in hand for the car. I also mentioned to Dustin that I was looking for a used van for our family and he set out to find one for us. We were specifically looking for a gently used Odyssey, and we looked at several before finding the right one. I offered Dustin a wishlist to work from, and he called me whenever he had something close to see if I would be interested. He stayed late a few times to work around my schedule, and was willing to give me a ride home when I dropped off my Civic. I would recommend him to friends and family. He was somewhat new to Motorwerks when we first met, and admitted to me that there was some parts of the process that were still new to him rather than trying to act like he knew everything. I appreciated that as well.I consider him an asset to Motorwerks and look forward to working with him in the future as we have a need for a vehicle. Thanks, Dustin! More

Relatively painless... but ask questions. I would call this experience relatively painless... which for a car dealership, is quite a compliment. Allan was ridiculously easy to work with. I used a program thru my work that generated 3 quotes from local dealers. To my utter shock, Motor Werks was lowest - by more than $1300. I had a locked in price - itself a rarity. One of the other dealers pulled the old "come in and we'll make a deal!" BS, and the third provided a quote that was higher.... so off to MotorWerks I went. A few things to note: - Their initial offer DID NOT match the emailed quote. I will assume this was a simple oversight. When I brought that to their attention, they honored it. (still, I had to ask) - Their offer on the trade in was more than I expected. - I financed thru Honda. Their website noted .9% for "well qualified buyers" and I was initially offered 1.9%. I asked what I would need to qualify for .9.... .and was immediately given that rate. I shouldn't have had to ask. Word of advice: ALWAYS ASK. - The car did not include any of the usual dealer tack ons like all weather mats and wheel locks. They are available of course, but I really appreciated it was an OPTION and not a "we do this with all our cars." Overall, no real complaints. I didn't like having to ask about the previously quoted price and the finance rate - that felt a little like trying to take advantage of a less informed customer - but as soon as I raised it, it was addressed. Just go in armed with knowledge. Good advice in general, I think. More

He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. I have always been a car guy, I was very impressed with Motor Werks service department it was immaculate. We had looked at a vehicle at Grossinger Chevrolet in Palatine. The salesman at Grossinger pulled the vehicle into their service department so we were able to look at it inside. The service department was an embarrassing mess. They should show their mechanics how to use a broom. So my overall experience at Motor Werks was very good and I would recommend them. More
