Motor Werks Infiniti Barrington (Barrington, IL) gave me the old "bait and switch" tonight (12/20/2023) after I drove an hour and a half to look at a 2004 Corvette that they priced really low just to get pe the old "bait and switch" tonight (12/20/2023) after I drove an hour and a half to look at a 2004 Corvette that they priced really low just to get people in the door. Before I left my house they said they would have it ready for me to look at and test drive. I showed up an hour and a half later and they said, "we just sold it twenty minutes ago, but we have so many other cars for you to choose from. Why don't we sit down and discuss it." I came out that far to Barrington just to see that Corvette. They wasted my time and they didn't care. This immoral and disrespectful act is horrible and no way to treat a customer looking to purchase a specific car. I suggest never going to this dealership or believing anything they say because they play games just to get you in the door and sell you what they want to sell, not what you want. They are despicable, dishonorable, and deceitful. More
