I communicated this to Kurt and he was very efficient throughout the process, always noting the time to make sure we were moving along with necessary speed. Kurt was very welcoming and effectively addressed any questions or concerns I had during the process, he even went out of his way to get me a Starbucks coffee while I was filling out forms.
