I think it's a fair statement that Honda owners are loyal to the brand because of the well-deserved reputation for outstanding quality in engineering, manufacturing, design, safety, and driver comfort & conv to the brand because of the well-deserved reputation for outstanding quality in engineering, manufacturing, design, safety, and driver comfort & convenience. You can buy a Honda from any dealer and get that. But... But if you could buy your Honda from a Honda dealer with a commensurate and complimentary reputation to the vehicles themselves, wouldn't that be the best possible scenario? I think so. So for me, Motor Werks Honda is the only place I'll do business. Prices are fair and transparent. All staff are friendly, and exceedingly professional & knowledgeable. As an engineer and sort of a geek, I found the service department quite a sight to behold. Huge; clean; organized; well equipped. Ditto for the parts department and detailing area. And of course how can I even buy a Honda from Motor Werks without a great client advisor. Anthony Juliano helped me find a "unicorn-of-a-Honda-Ridgeline" (particular color, trim level, accessory package, etc.). Rumor has it that when it finally arrived on the lot, Anthony used his ninja-like skills to keep a hoard of other potential buyers from getting to it so that he could keep it safe for me. Nothing like putting your life on the line for your customer. I kid around just a bit, but Anthony worked really hard to get this Ridgeline for me. I don't think any other sales person at any other dealership would have gone to these lengths. Do yourself a favor and start doing business with Motor Werks. And if you can slot some time to work with Anthony, he'll take good care of you and give you a good and honest deal on a vehicle. More
