I received my payment in full after posting my review online after weeks of no response from the dealership (within 12 hours of posting my review, I received 2 texts, 2 phone calls, and 1 email trying to resolve the issue). Additionally, I am loving my car. Buyer beware: the dealership was a pleasant enough experience upon the purchase of the car but was less than accommodating when trying to receive a reimbursement. Original Post (which resulted in a resolution): I recently purchased a car, (2017 Nissan Murano Platinum) from Steve (sales) and Ali (finance). The car was missing the SD card and Steve informed me that is what controls the navigation system. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the car with the understanding that I would be reimbursed for the SD card by MotorWerks Infinity (I received an “I Owe” document signed by Ali) after I brought the car to the Nissan dealership close to my home. I drove the car home from the dealership late that evening and when I started the car the next morning I noticed that the radio, clock, bluetooth connection…all reverted to their default settings. I reset the panel three times and each time they reverted back to default. I emailed Steve and he responded, “Let me do some research and see what it could be.” He never followed-up. Fortunately, the team at the dealership by my home found out that the issue was all related to the missing SD card. I have emailed Steve and Ali on three different occasions explaining the situation and expecting a reimburesment (I attached the receipt for diagnostics and the SD card as well as the “I Owe” document). Again, no response. I have forwarded the email on to the general manager, Marcin Cybulak, and, again, have not heard a response. To be fair to Mr. Cybulak, it has only been two business days but I will keep you posted as to how long it takes to get a response. I expected more professionalism from a dealership that claims it has “quality customer service, and [is] dedicat[ed] to the community.” More
