The experience at Mover Werks was excellent compared to other places. I made appointments at all places and all dealerships promised that the car was in the lot and ready to be checked out. When we got there, either the car was still on the road getting to the dealership or was not yet ready and needed some detailing work done. We wasted a lot of time driving to these places. When we got to Motor Werks, not only was the car ready, but it was already pulled out for us to take a ride and we saw it parked by the entrance. The staff knew who we had spoken to, what questions we had asked and who we should be meeting. They were well aware of our concerns and assured us that the vehicle was already inspected and ready to go. Although the person we were supposed to meet was occupied, he came and introduced another salesperson to take care of us. We dealt mostly with John Gregory and he seemed to be very well informed about the vehicle of our interest. He gave us all the details about the car, what the pro's and the con's were and how it compared to other vehicles we were considering. Although he gave us a lot of information about the car, at no point did he seem pushy or forceful for us to buy the car. Also, he worked with us in a very professional manner to give us the best price possible. All the staff we dealt with was very professional and helpful and went out of their ways to make us comfortable while we were there. Again, at no point did it seem that they were doing it just to earn our business. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends especially for their exceptional service. More
