MotorWorld Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I bought my vehicle at motorworld two years ago. I went in hoping to sell or trade my vehicle after constant recalls coming up. I specifically said I would be fine with just selling it, as it was a secondary vehicle (he never gave me an actual number of what they would give me and kept pushing a trade for a brand new vehicle). I specifically said I would be interested in a pre-owned if it meant keeping my payment the same or less. He showed me numbers on a newer vehicle that was more than my mortgage. Not at all what I wanted or was looking for. Absolutely laughable and outrageous. I had a great experience when I first purchased the vehicle- the salesperson was lovely to work so this does not reflect all of Motorworld but this recent experience was just awful and I’d be hesitant to return there. More
