The salesman was great - not overly aggressive or pushy and let us make the decisions. We also had our newborn son with us - and the dealership was accommodating to our needs for our child. I called and talked to Alan on the phone. He checked to make sure the car wa still on the lot, and called me back in 5 minutes. We drove 2 hours to see the Jeep, and everything else fell into place. When dealing with the Sales Rep (Jeff) he was very helpful with my purchase. I appreciate the time he took to help me with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. The only issue I have is that I personally should have examined the car for any problems before driving away. There is a chip in the front windshield and damage to the back seat, that I didn't notice. I took the car for a test drive at night so these two items would have gone un-noticed. I contated Jeff when I came home with the car and he is very helpful and is taking care of these two items. Jeff is a great salesman, he knows what to say to get the deal. More

We were happy with the service on the day we bought our used(2007)van. But a week later discovered the CD player did not work. 4 months later we have still not had it repaired and no-one returns my phone used(2007)van. Tho' our sales consultant provided us excellent svce, I was not pleased that we were passed thru' several other consultants before being assigned to Johnny. Felt as tho' they didn't think we were worth their effort. You just never know what is in a customer's checkbook or portfolio. Actually, we requested a specific consultant, (had telephone contact before coming to the dealershop) & we never did get to meet him?????????????? We were trying to be fair! Price was good, comparable to other dealer's advertisec price. Have to say, all in all, experience was very satisfactory and would request Johnny's assistance again.
