A few things, I had asked that a couple of items be looked at before I took delivery of the truck, 4 business days were between the contract acceptance and delivery. These items were not complete when looked at before I took delivery of the truck, 4 business days were between the contract acceptance and delivery. These items were not complete when I came to take delivery, so I had to wait around while these unfinished items were taken care of, wasted an extra hour of my time. Next, the paperwork was not done, I had to sit in the office while the manager loaded and printed out documents for me to sign, this should have all been done prior to my arrival, you had 4 days to get all of this ready, I told them the terms I wanted on financing and that I was transferring tags. Lastly, I do not understand why I could not do my own NYS registration, all I would have needed was the odometer statement, proof the sales tax was paid and the title, I could have gone to NYS DMV and transferred my tags myself, now it is 11/29, 18 days after the sale and I still do not have the windshield sticker so I can put my New York State tags on the truck. I am handicapped and I have special NYS handicapped tags which give me preferred parking, etc. I cannot use these as I do not have my windshield sticker to show the tags are registered to this vehicle, which is causing me difficulty in getting around and working. Ken showed me many options and I felt that the every day domestic cars were missing the mark.. That was until I asked to see the Acura MDX. First glimpse may have seemed a bit small for my size, but then I opened the door. The comfort and drivability of the MDX far surpassed anything I had ever driven before. Ken was very knowledgeable about the product line and explained the features of this vehicle without fault. We negotiated a price for the vehicle and my trade that I thought was fair and the deal went down without a hitch. Everyone involved was very professional from sales to the signing of the papers. My experience was so positive that I returned a week later and replaced my wife's car with a certified pre-owned Acura TL. The staff that I worked with at Motor World was very friendly, professional and courteous through every aspect of my purchasing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
