Francesco was great. He was probably the best salesman I’ve ever had. The finance manager on the other hand was ridiculous to work with, and if it wasn’t for Francesco be He was probably the best salesman I’ve ever had. The finance manager on the other hand was ridiculous to work with, and if it wasn’t for Francesco being my salesman I would’ve walked right out the door. I spent 7 and a half hours at this dealership, one of which was with Francesco, who had all of his ducks in a row. Keep in mind, me and Francesco already had the numbers done over the phone, discussed that we had a down payment, and I already had a pre-approved check before I even showed up. He already had the car I was buying lined up right outside as I showed up. Francesco was the definition of customer service. We took a test drive, signed his part of the paperwork, and was ready for finance to call us back to their office within an HOUR. 6 and 1/2 hours later, getting laughed at, and dismissed several times by the finance guy Christopher, we finally were able to leave with our car and make our 3 and a half hour drive home. Needless to say after all of that, paying for a liscense plate that I did not need since I already had a perfectly good plate from my trade, and being ridiculed by Chris, the only way I would come back to this dealership would be because of Francesco Bellia, and if Christopher Matute wasn’t there. More
