BEST experience I've ever had a dealership! I know this may seem a bit over-the-top for many of you reading this, but meeting Rich, Patrice and Josh Salvaterra at MotorWorld Wilkes-Barre was tru I know this may seem a bit over-the-top for many of you reading this, but meeting Rich, Patrice and Josh Salvaterra at MotorWorld Wilkes-Barre was truly a life-changing experience for us. Buying a car at a dealership had never really been a positive process in the past for me, mainly because of the pushy, judgmental, self-serving salespeople I had encountered, so I wasn't holding out too much hope that this time would be any different...especially since absolutely everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong in our lives over the past year and a half: my girlfriend and I lost our home and all of our belongings (including our furniture and clothes) to toxic mold, the head gasket blew in our previous car, we lost our jobs due to lack of transportation, we were homeless for a time, and we have been living in a hotel for the past six months. And, every time it seemed as if we were getting a tiny bit ahead, something would knock us back down... but we're fighters, so we kept pushing ahead. We saved every penny we could and finally had enough together for a small down payment on a car, but we were still really nervous because neither one of us has good credit (we were unable to pay our credit card bills when we became homeless and it really hurt our credit scores), we both have new jobs where we've only been employed for about two months, and we don't have a permanent residence. Not very attractive to creditors, to say the least. But, from the moment we walked into MotorWorld and met with Josh, we were treated with respect and not judged on our current situation. He made us feel comfortable and confident that he would do everything in his power to help us. And he did. Whenever an issue arose - and there were many, trust me!! - he didn't give up on us. And neither did Patrice in the pre-owned loan department. She exhausted almost every option for us, as did the Sales Manager Rich, who personally stepped in and put his own neck on line to make a tough decision that ultimately landed us the financing we needed. Because of the truly selfless actions and determination of these three individuals, we are now the proud owners of a GORGEOUS 2017 Subaru Impreza and we have an entirely new outlook on life. They jumped through flaming rings of fire to make this happen for us and we couldn't be more thankful. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Josh, Patrice and Rich, from the bottom of our hearts. Words cannot express how thankful we are to all of you. I'm confident that there isn't another dealership in the entire world that would have done what you did for us. You have made a tremendous impact on our lives and we will never forget the respect, care and genuine kindness you showed to us.
