Her service, communication, recommendations, answering of questions, and expertise were extraordinary, as well as post-sale follow-up. My vehicle was still in-transit when reserved, but Chloe kept me updated every step of the way, and did an amazing job guiding me through the process, prepping the vehicle for delivery, and walking me through the features upon delivery. One usually leaves a review after a positive experience after purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I'll start by saying that I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership. There was a car I was very interested in however, for reasons having nothing to do with the dealer or sales rep, I decided to cancel my order. That said, my experience was a great one! I was working with Chloe Kotzer on the deal. Chloe is a pro in every aspect of the word. Traits that come to mind are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and she possesses a great sense of humor. She was more than understanding about my interest and then with my reasons for cancelling. She's the best! And as she is a representative of MotorWorld I have to believe the dealership is top-notch too. You want to purchase a vehicle? Look no further than MotorWorld and working with Chloe.
