I got a Pre-Owned BMW 328i Convertible and after taking it home the first night I heard a noise in the engine. I told Natalie about the issue, and she and Service Adviser Brian Rotter immediately activated their 'We Owe" policy, and my vehicle's issue was corrected and returned to me repaired and cleaned. A week later and she is running well, so I truly appreciate Motorwerks stepping up to the plate and making sure the issue was corrected to BMW standards and running the way a BMW should. More

First BMW: Couldn't be happier Walking into the dealership (without an appointment) we were greeted with a warm smile from front desk and Brad Davis. Every part of the process we received excellent information and knowledge about the brand. After going outside and sitting in a few cars we choose one to test drive. Brad came along and took us on a great journey to learn the car (BMWX5Msport). We went through price options and purchased the car. The showroom was clean, spacious and inviting. I know when I do need service that I'll be able to sit comfortably and wait. More

Just read other reviews, Recently I bought 2013 335XI from them and paid the extremely premium price because of the color which I love. The day I test drove it was raining and could not see any paint imperfections and damages, they did not even offer me to take it inside the garage to show me( because they knew it). I drove home the car, used for week and then spent washing the car my self. Guess what, all heavy wax and polish they put on is all gone and here is bare car with 4 different colors of paint( I started crying!!!), wait its not just 4 different paint colors its spray painted over dust and lot of run overs etc. Any person( even 10 year old) can tell this car is repaired repainted from 5 feet away. Now I remember When I went to look at it there was guy fixing other cars in parking lot. I did not realize that time. How can the BMW dealer can do this to BMW customers, I started complaining to dealer, very poor response( you know why they made money). Finally I got response telling me to take it to nearest dealer the confirm that what I was saying is right( bcoz I leave 700 miles away). Everything what I complained was right and provided the written estimate from BMW, then they say we can’t pay. You bought the car, we got money and deal over. What a car I bough from junk dealership. I can’t understand how BMW dealer buy junk car and fix and sell. I have reported to BMW.. They have perfect art of getting people to pay way more than and for junk cars…. Please I don’t even think about this dealership. More
