Had to wait on my cell phone at one time for almost 15 Problem, When calling in for an appointment or attempting to cancel an appointment was a pain. Had to wait on my cell phone at one time for almost 15 min. The last appointment was due to bringing my vehicle back after getting new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. After takeing the vehicle on the hwy, I had a shakeing in the steering wheel which was not there when the vehicle was brought in for the work. They said wheels had to be balanced. 1st had the wheels bal by this co, about year before, secound were was the shaking before bringing the vehicle in. Not happy about this will seek other opinon before any more work is done by this dealer. More

We leased a vehicle from this dealer previously and had a very favorable experience. There was no reason for us not to return to Motorworld when our lease was up to lease a new vehicle. i have been dealing with motor world for 10 years i have always been treated great right now my complaint is with honda about the rear brakes replacement they so far have not stood beyond their product and always been treated great right now my complaint is with honda about the rear brakes replacement they so far have not stood beyond their product and it seems to me that at 18,000 miles your brake pads should still be excellent and the rotors should not have to be resurfaced i feel i have been ripped off to the tone of 205.00and tomorow the case is supposed to be decided they (honda)has already aggreed to a settlement but will not take the blame and says that there is no safety issue this is the last honda im bying More
I called service in the morning and that afternoon I had brakes put on my Odyssey. BJ was fast and knowledgeable in giving me a scenario and an estimate. I built a 2010 Honda Fit Sport on Honda's website to check what the price would be, and when I went to Motorworld to look into buying it, I was surprised to find that the car was cheaper (a little under check what the price would be, and when I went to Motorworld to look into buying it, I was surprised to find that the car was cheaper (a little under 17,000) than what I would have expected. John was very pleasant and easy to talk to, He answered every question I had, and I left Motorworld knowing exactly what steps I needed to take to get my new vehicle. I came back to Motorworld to purchase my new Fit on Monday 7/19/2010. The vehicle was perfect, they did a great job prepping it for me to see. John once again answered any question I had and Tiffany Zawadzki showed me into her office for the paperwork part. Tiffany was also very friendly and answered any question I had along the way. On the way out after I bought my Honda Fit, John did a once over of all the vehicle's controls and functions, It was nice to know that he was genuinely helpful even after the sale was made. I found myself not only talking to John and Tiffany about buying a vehicle, but also having conversation with them as well. It made the experience feel less stressful and much more pleasing in the end. More
