Based on all of the documentation we have reviewed regarding your vehicle and your inquires to the Attorney General, you have two outstanding recalls that you have never reached out to MotorWorld Honda directly about and instead have been communicating with Matt Burne Honda in Scranton, PA, Ciocca Honda in West Hanover Township, PA and Honda the manufacturer. I have documentation spanning multiple years reflecting repeated service scheduling communications, email correspondence, and certified mail related to this vehicle, including recall-related inquiries.
