I picked out a Honda civic for lease. The finance guy there write up the wrong price on the contract. When I questioned him about it he assured me it was correct. It wasn’t. I had to sign another contact on paper and they had to send it out to Honda. A month later the new contact was still not received and my payments were based on the old contract. No matter how many times I called no one seemed to have any urgency on the matter. I got fed up and filled a complaint with the better business bureau and within a couple of days everything was suddenly fixed. I think they are crooks and don’t care about anything but ripping people off. Stay away. More
