Was contacted by 5 different people from dealership responding to email inquiry re a vehicle. Ultimately got Faran Khan as a salesperson. Spoke to him on Monday and requested information - video walk around, 182 Honda Inspection Report, work order from dealership to certify, PA inspection and specific financing link. Didn't get the info Monday. Tuesday, emailed and later called in the afternoon. No response. Called and asked for another salesperson as I was being ghosted trying to plan a visit Wednesday from another state that required coordination. He sent a video late on Tuesday with none of the other info. "Car is 100% ready" but had just said the certification paperwork wasn't signed. Video - "that will come out when car is cleaned" Wed morning get a text from a different number asking if I am coming when I had said I wasn't. Was the car magically detailed that morning? Faran said he sent the 182 checklist. Never received. Nor, was any of the other requested info. May have good deals but advertised deals are worthless if you can't get the information you need! I sent everything in email so he knew exactly what I needed. Finally, asked him not to contact me anymore. More
