Well to be fair, the dealership should reward in some way Bernice Berzenski and Budd Macarry, Earlier this year I wasn’t treated very well by a member of the staff dealing with a possible double trade on two Bernice Berzenski and Budd Macarry, Earlier this year I wasn’t treated very well by a member of the staff dealing with a possible double trade on two leased vehicles so I went to other dealerships and actually made other deals. I had honestly given up on MotorWorld from that experience until Budd Macarry called and apologized for what happened earlier. He then said he would make it right and went over several options available. He then introduced me to Bernice and if not for those two dedicated professionals I would still be buying elsewhere. We made a great deal on what seems to be a great car and I can’t say enough about the way we were treated and how they made it right. I thanked them personally but I think that MotorWorld should recognize these two great people for their loyalty and professionalism. If they are still working when I’m in need of a new vehicle, without hesitation they are my first call. More
