Nothing was explained because they were eager to ring up another transaction for their monthly quota. I couldn't get a feature that I wanted included in the deal. I tried to stop the transaction, but after a delay by sales management, they said my only solution was for me to buy out the lease for more than the CR-V's sticker price. After declining to stop the transaction, the first line sales manager, a Mr Lanton, forwarded a copy of the Honda sales manager's welcome letter requesting that I contact them first if I couldn't respond favorably about the dealership in Honda's survey. More
