They didn't tell you how much they cost just figured it into your payment, I was shocked when I looked at my bill of sale & saw how much they were ! I wanted to change my mind but the finance guy said it was to late that it already went to the bank. I think he could have called the bank & changed it if he wanted to but didn't. That's the only thing I would complain about & my only reason for not giving them 5 stars. More

Justin Pugliese was my salesman and he made the whole experience, usually a very nerve-wracking procedure for me, go like smooth sailing! Justin carefully listened to what I was looking for in a new car and made sure that all of my requirements were met. I got everything, and even more, in my new Acura without any pressure to add any options or coverage that I didn't feel I needed. Justin clearly explained what was happening in each step of the sales process and what was coming up next. There were no undesirable surprises! When the sale was complete, Justin didn't just vanish. He spent time with me, while I was behind the wheel of my new car, explaining how the most important features work. He even set up my phone so it was already working when I left the dealership. What is even better is that we have an appointment set up for next week so he can explain any features on the car that I may not fully understand after driving the car for awhile. That's "wrap-around" service! I am thrilled with my new 2019 Acura TLX.
