She did everything she could to meet our expectations. I didnt want to trade in my Honda CRV. We purchased that at motorworld a few years back. I loved it! But we needed more room. We looked and test drove a Honda Pilot EX and were happy. Upon walking in the door to start paper works I saw a car in gun metal. (I call it that, cant remember what she called it). She was so nice as to say we have a Honda Pilot here in that color. It was a brand new 2018 Exl. More than what we went for but she did absolutely everything to make it possible for us to drive that car off the lot that day. I could not be happier with our decision at all!! I'm so excited! Engaged Sales Team Joe, George, Michael, and Tyler were friendly and courteous in helping me through the trade in and buying process. As with most people iIthought they could have given a better trade in price and it did take a 3.5 hours to do the whole transaction.
