Great Dealership and Sales People My wife just gave her 2007 CRV to my daughter who lives in Philadelphia. That CRV had 204,000 miles and his still going strong. The day we visited the showroom, Bernice was at a company meeting, and Rich gave a Jim to work with. Even though Jim was not credited with the sale he spent close to two hours going over the new CRV and taking us to the pre-owned lot to look at used CRV. We also were considering the new HRV and we took a test drive in it with Jim. We decided to go with a new CRV which we test drove with Jim. The next day we met with Bernice to finalize the deal. We have now bought 5 Hondas with Bernice's knowledgable, informative and courteous help. BTW all 5 Hondas are still running strong with our daughters in Austin Tx, (Accord - 104,000) Collegeville, Pa (Civic 220,000) . and Philadelphia, Pa. (CRV 204,000) KUDOS to Honda, Motorworld, Bernice, Jim and Rich. More

Upgrading to a higher Trim Level Lx to Dx Fourteen months ago I was excited to lease my new 2016 Civic Lx. I choose the Lx in an attempt to not over spend. I really loved my Lx and the Honda Fourteen months ago I was excited to lease my new 2016 Civic Lx. I choose the Lx in an attempt to not over spend. I really loved my Lx and the Honda experience. Things went so well in the first half a year but I couldn't help having some remorse over not picking the Dx Version with more options specifically the sunroof. As time went on I always noticed other Civic Dx's and had that burning desire that kind of "killed me". Yesterday I had most of the day off and had to plan to hopefully check out the Type R at my local dealer. No, I didn't want one! Just wanted to see one in person. Upon walking in Christina Perles Greeted me and told me there were No Type R's to see. She was very sweet and chatted with me about my Civic. I mentioned, "I should have gone for the Dx". We continued talking and she explained to me that I could in fact upgrade the lease to a Dx version If interested. I didn't know this. What followed was quite a few hours of back and forth ideas on how we could accomplish this "swap". I explained my financial situation. I had never made any snap decisions like this before. In fact I am the typical stubborn hard sale kind of guy. I really think she could tell that this "swap-idea" was something that I wanted. What made this deal work with me is that she was so laid back and casual. I didn't feel pressured, only her helping me. I felt bad, as if I was holding her up in a way because she was trying so many times to get the numbers right for me. Saying "yes" was still hard but I knew it would work!
