Customer Service Done Right I was deciding between a Honda Pilot and a Nissan Pathfinder. The difference in service between the two dealerships couldn’t have been more stark. Our Salesman, Robert Kalapacs, was top notch! With that being said, we definitely wanted another Altima for him. We stopped into Mount Holly Nissan and met with Robert Kalapacs. We told him what we were looking for and all of our pricing concerns, sense of urgency, etc. He found our son the PERFECT vehicle!
