We leased a new Altima and we're very happy with the vehicle and believed we got a decent deal. The problem occurred after the sale. The salesman notified us that they forgot to get us to sign something vehicle and believed we got a decent deal. The problem occurred after the sale. The salesman notified us that they forgot to get us to sign something they apparently forgot to have us sign. Problem was we were both sick for over a week and had trouble getting in there to sign whatever form it was. So after several texts getting increasingly impersonal etc we agreed to drive the 30 minutes to the dealer. We were running a little late because my girlfriend was still sick. I texted our salesman again and told him we were on our way. That was about 645 pm. Due to traffic we got there at 710 pm and the place was deserted? We could not believe the salesman pressured us for days to come in and sign some form and we get there (my girlfriend still sick btw) and he leaves without even telling us. All he had to do was text us and say if you can't be here by 7 then we'll have to do it the next day. So we rushed out there with my girlfriend still sick and they stood us up!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. More
