Got it done, just not as quickly as expected I bought the truck with a dent in the bumper, no big deal because GM will replace it. Well it took 4 weeks before I had to make the call to get it re I bought the truck with a dent in the bumper, no big deal because GM will replace it. Well it took 4 weeks before I had to make the call to get it replaced, 2 weeks to replace the bumper, and 2 weeks in a base model, double cab silverado rental, while my 4 wheel drive, Z71 Crew cab was having a bumper replaced. I guess I should mention I was told it shouldn't take 2 weeks to have it replaced More

The salesperson was helpful showing us both used and new cars that fit with our budget. We test drove both the new and used. He explained each one and the benefits and gave us space to make the selection. We never felt pressured. They really worked with us to get us in the car we wanted. We ended up getting a new Tahoe and love it. We will be back for all our future cars. Great service. More
