The 2003 expedition I purchased from them for $8,000 as well as trading in my 2004 mustang only ran for about 800 miles before an electrical issue caused the whole vehicle to shut off randomly. Nothing less than respectful, polite, knowledgeable, & efficient. We were late for our oil change because we overlooked the 'time change'. Called on the road, explained, offered to change appt. We'll get it taken care of when you arrive." Can't beat that. Also, a shout-out to "Caden" (sp?), the Service Mgr. We had another issue with my wife's car & he explained perfectly everything surrounding it. Again, he took all the time necessary to address our concern & fully explain -- we deeply appreciate it. Other dealerships nearer to us won't/can't do that. Not to mention there's the excessive waiting period just to have an oil change!! Also, thanks to "Jacob", new to the team & DeWayne (Tech) for actually fitting us in for the oil change & tire rotation. A very pleasant experience & well worth the drive . . . RnB More
