Mountaineer Honda put in 3 hours of diagnostic service over the course of 4 days on our Honda Pilot. We needed the vehicle for a family vacation on day 5 - they were made aware of this from the beginning over the course of 4 days on our Honda Pilot. We needed the vehicle for a family vacation on day 5 - they were made aware of this from the beginning. They could not diagnose our AC vent issues and also did not perform the recall fix they were supposed to complete by the time we had to leave for vacation. They allowed us to rent a vehicle for our trip, but the associate in charge of rentals was incredibly rude and tried to insinuate that we didn’t have enough children to rent a pilot (we have 2 kids and wanted to rent the same size vehicle they could not yet return to us). They were charging us over $600 for diagnostics that yielded no results, plus the $350 car rental. Needless to say, we are incredibly unimpressed with this service department. We ended up trading our vehicle in at a different dealership. More
