When the phone service went out, I had no way to contact anyone at Honda! My car was ready at 1pm and I didn't get back to the dealership until after 3 pm. The person who drove me home and picked me up wa anyone at Honda! My car was ready at 1pm and I didn't get back to the dealership until after 3 pm. The person who drove me home and picked me up was so kind and nice. Why is there not a cellphone in the business so service could have contacted me that the phones were out? I am still frustrated about what I had to go through just to get back to my vehicle. I hope you realize that someone in my situation will remember this day for a long time. The buying process took more time than I feel that it should have. Also, I was sold a vehicle with NO owners manual and there were sale papers in the glovebox from the original owner.
