I dropped in due to unusual sound made by fan when on high. Jillian noticed that two of us (me and another customer) were waiting while the other service person continued to socialize with a customer on high. Jillian noticed that two of us (me and another customer) were waiting while the other service person continued to socialize with a customer on the way out. Jillian made contact with both of us and said she would be with us soon. She got to us shortly and effectively handled each case. Jillian arranged for a service guy to check the air filter compartment. He found a nest was being built by mice. The problem was remedied. However, just as important Jillian kept me updated and as always was very effective from beginning to end. Jillian is always responsive. She takes care of tasks, keeps things moving and at the same time is cordial and friendly. I have written previous times that I think Jillian is an excellent employee and deserving of high performance ratings. More
